This manual is intended for those with a limited background
in WBS and Earned Value
principles, but with a general knowledge of manufacturing
and financial applications. It is not
intended to delve deeply into the theory of Project Management
and Earned Value, since there
are many fine publications that handle that subject matter,
two of which are listed below.
We recommend that the following book be
used in conjunction with this primer:
