of 36 applicants, Relevant Business Systems
has been selected to present a demonstration of INFIMACS II®
Online Help at the Eighth
Annual WinWriters On-line Help Conference in San Diego, March 5-9,
2000. Providing functional
depth to modules created especially for “to order” manufacturers,
the INFIMACS II ERP
features many data entry screens and programs. Each screen has ten
to 20 entry fields,
each with help attached.
“Importantly, we also provide the capability
in our system for customers to attach their own help to our programs,
without any programming on their parts,” emphasizes Rosalind
Rogoff, Ph.D., who directs systems documentation and training, user's
manual development, and on-line help for Relevant.
Dr. Rogoff will demonstrate how INFIMACS II users
only need to click on a help icon at the top of each program to
get help for any field in that program. She will also present how
users can also attach their own text, drawings, or instructions
with the unique INFIMACS II Annotations Plus tool and how users
with their own On-line Help files can additionally attach their
help directly to fields in INFIMACS II programs without requiring
any additional programming.
