How Relevant Prevents
Spam
Relevant hopes that individuals find its e-mail communications informative
and helpful, but Relevant respects the recipient's requests for
either receiving or not receiving e-mail communications from us.
As a result, we have adopted the following as procedures for all
of our e-mail distribution communications:
Valid addressing: The e-mail
communication will be sent to a single recipient with the intention
of it being received by only one individual. The sender address
will be a valid e-mail address that is monitored by a Relevant Business
Systems employee, and will be relevant to the content of the message
being sent.
Valid subject lines: The e-mail
communication will always have a header or subject description that
is appropriate to the content provided in the communication. The
header or subject description will not be used inappropriately or
give a disproportionate benefit to the sender.
Valid contact information: Any
Relevant Business Systems’ contact information in the e-mail
communication will be legitimate and authentic.
Valid opt-out/unsubscribe option:
Relevant's website will always provide information describing how
to opt-out/unsubscribe to any of its e-mail distributions.
